Officials in Nepal are developing a dedicated fifty-hectare enclosure for tigers within the buffer zone of Chitwan National Park. Located in Devnagar, this facility is designed to provide a natural habitat for tigers that have been identified as problematic. The sanctuary is intended to house a maximum of twenty animals, offering them a secure environment while simultaneously serving as a potential site for ecotourism initiatives. By creating this space, park management aims to balance wildlife conservation efforts with the need to manage human-wildlife conflict effectively.
