Authorities in Dailekh have evacuated 37 residents from a model settlement located in Narayan Municipality-1 following concerns over potential landslides. The relocation effort, which involved eight households, was initiated after heavy rainfall on Saturday evening triggered instability in the area. A police unit led by Inspector Rishikesh Gautam Harijan successfully moved the affected individuals, primarily from the Badi community, to a local vegetable collection center in Ward No. 1. The operation was conducted to ensure the safety of the residents as the risk of further ground movement remains a concern due to the ongoing weather conditions.
