These allegations surfaced in various Facebook communities, including groups for the Vietnamese diaspora, where the product was reportedly referred to using slang terms. One specific post included contact details for a woman and a company purportedly involved in the trade. However, when reached for comment, the individual identified in the posts refuted the claims, asserting that her contact information had been misappropriated and that she is not involved in such activities. While some of the original posts have been removed, screenshots suggest the use of coded language to advertise the meat. Local authorities have not yet confirmed the validity of these online accusations.
