The Sultanate of Oman has formally entered into a participation agreement for the World Expo 2030, scheduled to take place in Riyadh from October 2030 through March 2031. The contract was signed by Sayyid Saeed Sultan Al Busaidi, representing Oman’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, and Talal Al-Marri, the CEO of Expo 2030 Riyadh. This agreement initiates the formal planning stages for Oman’s national pavilion and outlines the country's involvement in the global exhibition. Following the signing ceremony, officials conducted an inspection of the construction progress at the event site, specifically visiting the area allocated for the Omani pavilion. This development marks a significant step in the Sultanate's preparations for the international gathering.
