As part of a back-to-school program led by The Digital School, more than 1,500 laptops and tablets have been provided to students from low-income backgrounds and vulnerable groups in the UAE. These devices, which include 48 laptops and over 1,000 tablets, were collected from various organizations and restored to functional condition for academic use. The distribution is managed in collaboration with the Tarahum Charity Foundation to assist orphans and families in need. This initiative falls under the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, which focuses on delivering digital education and accredited learning resources to marginalized students. By repurposing technology, the program aims to bridge the digital divide and ensure that all pupils have the necessary tools to maintain their educational progress throughout the upcoming school year.
