The Qatar Foundation initiative known as Qiyada is preparing to broaden its scope by offering continuous support for youth development beyond its previous two-day conference. According to Sulaiman T Bah, a lead official at the organization, the recent event held at Education City was merely the beginning of a sustained program. Future efforts will include the introduction of specialized workshops, a leadership incubator, and mentorship schemes designed to foster a permanent community of young leaders. By moving away from isolated events, the organization intends to facilitate long-term personal growth and collaborative problem-solving among participants. These upcoming initiatives aim to provide consistent guidance, acknowledging that significant leadership transformation requires an ongoing commitment rather than a brief encounter.
