An Air Seoul aircraft scheduled for a flight from Incheon International Airport to Da Nang encountered a fire incident on Thursday evening. According to industry reports, the blaze originated from a passenger's portable power bank located in a bag stowed beneath a seat. The event occurred around 9 p.m. while the plane, identified as flight RS511, was undergoing pre-departure procedures. Flight attendants successfully managed to extinguish the flames before they could spread further. Emergency responders were subsequently dispatched to the aircraft to conduct safety checks on all individuals on board. No injuries were reported following the incident, and the situation was brought under control by the crew.
