The government presented a strategic roadmap aiming for partial improvements by 2027, further progress in 2028, and a complete resolution of the crisis by 2030. While opposition members acknowledged that the energy issues have deep historical roots, they also criticized the current administration for exacerbating the situation through indecisiveness, lack of accountability, and ongoing corruption. To address these challenges, opposition representatives suggested several mitigation strategies and proposed the formation of a joint task force involving both government and opposition members to oversee the recovery process.
