Igho Ubiribo, a 43-year-old British-Nigerian social media personality, passed away in Thailand on March 6 after suffering a fatal pulmonary embolism. Known online as Ego Legacy, the influencer was vacationing with his wife, fashion designer Danielle Simba Allen, when the incident occurred. Reports indicate that Ubiribo experienced chest pain and collapsed twice during a massage session. His spouse informed medical personnel that he had recently received a penile filler injection. Although he was conscious upon arrival at the hospital, his condition deteriorated rapidly, and he lost consciousness while undergoing a CT scan. The medical emergency has been directly linked to complications arising from the cosmetic procedure. Ubiribo maintained a significant digital presence with over 185,000 followers on Instagram, where he frequently showcased his affluent lifestyle.
