Dubai International Airport (DXB) reported that 3.2 million passengers from Pakistan utilized its facilities between January and September 2025, positioning Pakistan as the fourth-largest market for the hub. This travel volume supports tourism, business, and employment migration between the two nations. Overall, the airport achieved a record-breaking performance in the third quarter, processing 24.2 million travelers, which represents a 1.9% annual increase. Total traffic for the first nine months reached 70.1 million passengers. India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom currently lead as the top markets for DXB. To accommodate growing demand, particularly from South Asian travelers, airport authorities are currently upgrading infrastructure in Terminals 1 and 3. Operational efficiency remains high, with nearly all passengers completing security and passport checks within fifteen minutes.
