Following the incident, her health declined rapidly, leading to a critical state. In a gesture of compassion, her family chose to donate her organs to the Thai Red Cross Society. The organization commended the family for their resolve during a period of profound personal loss, noting that their decision aims to provide life-saving opportunities for other patients currently awaiting transplants. Dr. Makarod, affectionately referred to as Mor Ju, was recognized for her dedicated service at the local community hospital. The medical community has expressed its gratitude for her contributions and the altruistic final act facilitated by her relatives.
