Adrian Toh, a former leading steward at Singapore Airlines, passed away on October 23 at the age of 44. Toh had been fighting Stage 4 lung cancer for three years following his diagnosis in June 2023. The discovery of his illness occurred shortly after he concluded a 13-year career with the airline to pursue a new path as a real estate agent. Throughout his three-year struggle, Toh underwent multiple rounds of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and major surgery while experiencing three relapses. Despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle and being a non-smoker, he noted in previous social media updates that lung cancer remains a prevalent health issue among men. His passing follows a period of maintaining a low public profile as he managed his health condition.
