King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh is scheduled to restart domestic and international flight services this Sunday, October 25. This resumption follows a temporary suspension caused by recent missile and drone strikes attributed to Houthi forces. To manage the transition, airport management has implemented new terminal protocols: Terminal 1 will now facilitate domestic travel, while Terminal 2 is reserved for international flights managed by national carriers. Authorities have advised all passengers holding existing tickets to communicate directly with their respective airlines to confirm flight times and booking details prior to arriving at the facility. This restart marks a significant step in normalizing aviation activities at one of the primary transit hubs in Saudi Arabia after the recent security challenges.
