Scheduled for November 18 and 19, the summit will be preceded by the APEC CEO Summit, which takes place on November 17 and 18. Local authorities recently held a planning session to emphasize the necessity of rigorous coordination across several critical sectors, including security, healthcare, food safety, transportation, and communications. Furthermore, the city is implementing a new initiative titled "Green Travel, Smooth Journey" to manage urban traffic and ensure efficient logistics during the high-profile international event. Officials are currently focusing on finalizing conference services and volunteer support to accommodate the arrival of global leaders and delegates in the host city.
