Mercedes-Benz Korea is reinforcing its commitment to after-sales service quality by commemorating the 20th anniversary of its technician development efforts. Originally established in 2006 under the name Automotive Mechatronic Traineeship, the initiative underwent a significant transformation in 2022. Renamed the Automotive Electric Traineeship, the updated curriculum focuses on meeting the rising industry necessity for specialized electric vehicle maintenance skills. By integrating theoretical classroom learning with hands-on practical experience, the program aims to equip automotive engineering students with the technical proficiency required for modern vehicle servicing. This long-standing educational project highlights the company's ongoing investment in human capital to support its evolving fleet and service standards within the South Korean market.
