South Korean firm Gaon Cable Co. has finalized a significant deal to provide Meta Platforms Inc. with bus ducts. The agreement, valued at approximately 4 trillion won or 2.7 billion dollars, spans a five-year duration. This transaction represents the most substantial contract ever obtained by a power equipment and cable manufacturer based in South Korea. Gaon Cable, which operates as a subsidiary under the LS Cable and System Co. umbrella, will play a critical role in supporting the infrastructure requirements of the American technology giant.
