Authorities in Ho Chi Minh City have introduced a compensation proposal for the chief executive officer of the planned Vietnam International Financial Center. Under the current draft, the executive could earn a monthly salary ranging from 450 million to 850 million Vietnamese dong, which is approximately 17,000 to 32,000 U.S. dollars. This remuneration package is part of the city's broader strategy to attract top-tier leadership for the ambitious financial hub project. The proposal aims to ensure competitive pay scales to secure qualified talent capable of managing the development and operations of this significant economic infrastructure.
