This surge in viewership occurred shortly after the Wen Wei Po newspaper published an article describing the documentary as content that glorifies criminal acts. The publication also highlighted that the film's promotional trailer remains accessible to Hong Kong viewers without requiring a subscription. Joshua Wong is currently serving a prison sentence following a conviction for subversion under the national security legislation. Authorities are now evaluating potential regulatory responses regarding the presence of this content on the streaming platform.
