This regulatory action follows an investigation revealing that these parties failed to prevent mainland Chinese tourists from being subjected to coerced shopping activities. The watchdog emphasized that it maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding such practices, which are viewed as detrimental to the city's tourism industry reputation. These revocations are effective immediately, marking a significant enforcement measure by the authority to uphold professional standards and protect visitors from predatory commercial tactics during their travels in the region.
