These individuals include Edward and Sunshine Charry Fajarda, Marizza Grande from the Philippine Statistics Authority, police officer Jovelyn Magay, and Commission on Audit staffer Bresilio Sabaldan. The proceedings focus on Article I of the impeachment complaint, which centers on the irregular liquidation and misappropriation of 612.5 million pesos. This total encompasses 500 million pesos allocated to the Office of the Vice President and 112.5 million pesos designated for the Department of Education during Duterte's time as the agency's secretary.
