During a recent government session in Kazakhstan, newly appointed Minister of Emergency Situations Murat Mukhanov officially took his constitutional oath. Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov presided over the meeting, which also served to introduce other government appointees, including Mukhtar Tleuberdi, Alibek Kuantyrov, and Arman Kyrykbayev. While his colleagues have prior experience in various ministerial or governmental roles, Mukhanov is the only official among the group to undergo the formal swearing-in process following his recent promotion. Previously, Mukhanov held the position of Chief of Staff within the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The event marked a formal transition for the ministry's leadership as the government continues its administrative updates.
