Additional sanctions include a five-year recruitment ban, the public naming of the offending firm in media outlets, and potential imprisonment for managers for up to one year. Non-Saudi managers face deportation following their jail terms. These penalties apply to employers who permit staff to work independently, work for third parties, or hire individuals sponsored by other entities. The ministry emphasized the importance of adhering to border security and residency laws. Authorities have encouraged the public to report any suspected violations by contacting 911 in the Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern Province regions, or 999 in other parts of the Kingdom.
