The National Center for Inspection and Monitoring (NCIM) in Saudi Arabia has successfully processed more than 11 million reports submitted by the public via its centralized digital platform. Formed by a 2024 Cabinet mandate, the organization focuses on streamlining regulatory oversight and enhancing transparency across various government departments. Led by Minister Majid Al-Hogail, the board includes members from seven different state agencies, while Turki Al-Hogail manages operations as CEO. The primary objectives of the NCIM include minimizing redundant inspection visits to private businesses, boosting regulatory compliance, and fostering a more efficient commercial environment throughout the Kingdom. By unifying control mechanisms, the center aims to improve the overall quality and integrity of national inspection procedures.
