Following the recent floods and landslides, a total of 150 injured individuals were transported to Kathmandu for urgent medical attention. As of Tuesday morning, 32 of these patients remain hospitalized across three major medical facilities in the capital. The Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital is currently attending to 19 individuals, while the National Trauma Center is treating 10, and Bir Hospital is caring for three. Records from the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital indicate that 81 victims were initially admitted there, with 57 having already been discharged. Medical staff at the facility noted that one additional patient is prepared for discharge, while four others are undergoing alternative management protocols. The ongoing care efforts highlight the sustained impact of the natural disaster on the affected population.
