Dr. Anwar Gargash, the Diplomatic Adviser to the UAE President, recently stated that Iran launched approximately 3,300 missiles and drones toward the United Arab Emirates over several weeks. Speaking at the Hili forum, Gargash noted that the majority of these projectiles were aimed at civilian infrastructure but were successfully intercepted by the nation's air defense systems. He highlighted that these persistent attacks served to showcase the strength and resilience of the UAE Armed Forces. Furthermore, Gargash emphasized that the country's economic progress remained unaffected by the hostilities. Despite the ongoing aerial threats, the UAE recorded a 13 percent increase in its non-oil foreign trade during the first half of the year, underscoring the nation's commitment to its long-term development goals.
