A well-known wild bull elephant, identified by locals as Biang Lek, exited Khao Yai National Park on Monday evening. The animal was observed roaming near a karaoke establishment and various eateries along Thanarat Road in the Pak Chong district of Nakhon Ratchasima. Park rangers and volunteer teams arrived at the scene around 19:00 to monitor the elephant's movements and ensure public safety by managing nearby traffic. Biang Lek is familiar to the local community, as he frequently ventures out of the protected forest area in search of food. Additionally, security camera footage captured two other wild elephants traversing the same vicinity early Tuesday morning at approximately 02:00, highlighting ongoing wildlife activity in the residential zone bordering the national park.
