Abu Dhabi-based developer Aldar Properties has announced a new residential project named Sei Saadiyat, situated within the Saadiyat Cultural District. The development will eventually comprise 778 units across six buildings, with the initial phase offering 265 apartments and lofts. Sales for these one- to three-bedroom properties are scheduled to commence on September 16. Emphasizing a lifestyle centered on health and relaxation, the project incorporates various amenities such as Zen gardens, serenity pools, yoga decks, and multiple fitness facilities. This launch marks the introduction of loft-style residences into the company's existing property portfolio. The developer intends to release additional projects later this year to address the ongoing high demand for real estate in the region.
