According to the Secretary, authorities are prepared to follow judicial mandates strictly, regardless of personal or political affiliations. Preparations for potential detention at the Quezon City Jail in Payatas are already underway. Furthermore, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group has finalized the necessary booking protocols, which include the collection of fingerprints and official photographs, ensuring that standard legal procedures are applied to Romualdez as they would be to any other citizen.
