Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has publicly declared his opposition to any plans aimed at partitioning Sindh. During a legal convention hosted by the Sindh High Court Bar Association, Afridi expressed solidarity with Sindh residents, vowing to protect the province's territorial unity at any cost. The Chief Minister, who arrived in Karachi to prepare for an upcoming Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf protest campaign scheduled for September 27, encountered several travel obstacles while moving from Hyderabad. Despite these logistical challenges, he expressed gratitude for the reception he received from local supporters. Afridi emphasized that he is prepared to make significant personal sacrifices to prevent the administrative division of the region, highlighting the growing public anxiety surrounding the proposal for creating new provinces within the country.
