Abu Dhabi’s sovereign investment entity, L’imad, has satisfied all necessary requirements to move forward with its voluntary cash tender offer for the remaining shares of AD Ports Group. Currently, L’imad holds a 75.42 percent stake in the company via its subsidiary, ADQ. The offer, which was initiated on August 18, proposes a price of Dh6.25 per share for the outstanding equity. AD Ports confirmed in a regulatory filing that all conditions have been met, following standard notifications to the UAE Capital Market Authority and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The acquisition process is anticipated to conclude by October 9, 2026, ultimately granting L’imad total control over the logistics and ports operator.
