According to Gracioso, he delivered multiple suitcases filled with cash to Vice President Sara Duterte, former President Rodrigo Duterte, and Representative Paolo Duterte under the direct orders of Velasco. The officer specifically claimed that the total amount handed over to the Vice President exceeded two billion pesos. Authorities are currently examining these serious accusations to determine the validity of the claims regarding these financial transfers.
