Maju Teluk Batik Sdn Bhd, a branch of the Setia Awan Group, has introduced the Residensi Jati De Meru Phase 1B project in Perak. This development features 1,084 freehold residential units starting at RM170,000. Located in the Meru Raya township near Ipoh, the project carries an estimated gross development value of RM291 million. Construction is scheduled for completion by 2029, with property handovers anticipated in 2030. According to company director Doh Fan Kent, the initiative is specifically designed to support first-time buyers and young families by providing accessible and practical housing solutions. This project is expected to significantly influence the local property market and contribute to the ongoing expansion of the Meru area.
