During the ongoing impeachment proceedings against Vice President Sara Duterte, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) revealed that several names listed as recipients of confidential funds lack official documentation. Assistant National Statistician Marizza Grande testified that the agency could not locate any birth, marriage, or death records for individuals such as Mary Grace Piattos, Arthur Baon, and others listed in the acknowledgment receipts for the Office of the Vice President and the Department of Education. Grande noted that these names appeared unusual during the review process. The list of individuals without PSA records also includes Ralph Josh Bacon, Beverly Claire Pampano, Matthew N. Keso, Maxine Callos, Charles Sampaloc Jr., Xiaome Ocho, Danrick Ocho, Tomas Panda, Timon Pusa, and Tina Maching. This testimony was provided on the 22nd day of the impeachment trial.
