A recent report from Haaretz alleges that United Arab Emirates President Mohammed bin Zayed issued a direct warning to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding a potential conflict with Hamas shortly before the October 7 attacks. The publication claims that the Israeli leader failed to share this intelligence with his security officials. In response to these allegations, the Prime Minister's office has categorically denied the report, labeling it as entirely false. Meanwhile, in separate political developments, Netanyahu has appointed the mother of a former hostage and a wounded military reservist to designated slots within the Likud party list.
