A 21-year-old Singaporean male received a sentence of 14 years in prison and 15 strokes of the cane for sexually assaulting multiple underage girls. The crimes occurred between 2020 and 2022, when the perpetrator was aged 15 to 17. The victims were between 13 and 16 years old at the time of the incidents. The defendant pleaded guilty to nine charges, including statutory rape, sexual assault with penetration, and aggravated outrage of modesty, while 29 additional charges were considered during the sentencing process. Court records indicate the individual targeted the victims through social media platforms, school connections, and mutual acquaintances. A gag order remains in effect to prevent the identification of the victims involved in the case.
