Turkish financial crime investigators have taken a senior manager from Tera Portföy, İbrahim Bekçi, into custody as part of a probe into the suspected manipulation of Destek Finans Faktoring shares. During the operation, police conducted searches at the offices of the Tera group and various entities associated with Destek Holding, including its brokerage and cryptocurrency divisions. Authorities also executed search warrants at the residences of several individuals linked to the ongoing inquiry. While local media initially identified Bekçi as a deputy chief executive of Tera Holding, official filings from the Public Disclosure Platform designate him as a deputy. As of Thursday evening, the public prosecutor's office had not issued a formal statement regarding the full extent of the investigation or the identities of other potential suspects involved in the case.
