Authorities in Dhaka have formally detained twelve individuals out of a group of twenty-three people initially apprehended at a local mosque. Law enforcement officials conducted the arrests based on suspicions regarding potential connections to extremist activities. Following the operation, the suspects were transported to a local police station for questioning. Investigators have also performed forensic analysis on the mobile devices seized from the detainees to gather further evidence. The remaining eleven people taken into custody during the initial sweep were not held on these specific charges.
