Investigators allege that the individual was in possession of the illicit substance and had consumed psychotropic drugs provided by an associate. While the current legal action focuses on these drug-related charges, authorities noted that the warrant application does not encompass the specific behaviors captured in the viral footage that initially brought the man to public attention.
