The second edition of the Dubai Mallathon concluded recently, attracting over 160,000 participants who collectively recorded 290 million steps during the three-month initiative. Running from June 15 to September 15, the event was held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai. Organized by the Dubai Sports Council and the Ministry of Defence, the program utilized nine different venues throughout the emirate to promote physical activity. This year saw the inclusion of three new locations, specifically Dubai International Airport, the Dubai International Financial Centre, and Ibn Battuta Mall. These sites joined established venues such as Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Dubai Hills Mall, among others, to host the summer sporting activities.
