A tragic road accident occurred on Thursday morning along the Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway situated in the Trishal upazila. A passenger bus traveling toward Dhaka collided with multiple vehicles, including a stationary Mahindra and a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw. The impact resulted in the deaths of two individuals who were traveling in the auto-rickshaw, while at least eight other people sustained injuries. Local residents and law enforcement officials arrived at the scene to assist the victims. As of now, the identities of the deceased have not been officially verified by the authorities. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the collision are currently ongoing.
