This fare reduction applies to the entire railway network, including the Light Rail system and specific bus routes located in the northwestern New Territories. The discount is available to individuals using Octopus cards, JoyYou cards, or QR code tickets for heavy rail travel. Notably, the offer extends to cross-border trips connecting to Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations on the East Rail line. Commuters are permitted to utilize this promotional rate in conjunction with other existing fare concessions offered by the operator.
