A Mumbai court has remanded three individuals to police custody until October 28 following their arrest in Sonipat, Haryana. The suspects, identified as Ankit, Sameer Khatri, and Jatin Panchal, were apprehended by the Mumbai Crime Branch for their alleged involvement in the recent shooting incident targeting actor Tiger Shroff. Investigators claim the trio played significant roles in the criminal conspiracy, which included conducting reconnaissance at celebrity residences, facilitating financial transactions, and supplying illegal firearms to the perpetrators. Police officials stated that the suspects also coordinated logistics to assist the shooters in attempting to flee to Nepal. Authorities are currently seeking to uncover the broader network behind the attack, specifically identifying the masterminds who directed the operation and provided the weaponry. The court granted the remand to allow for further interrogation regarding these criminal activities.
