The incident began in December 2024 after a dispute over property damage at a karaoke establishment. The defendants arrived at the scene and assaulted the restaurant owner and manager. The owner died from a head injury inflicted by a nitrous oxide canister, while the manager sustained severe, permanent injuries. During the trial, the defendants cited intoxication as a factor in their actions. The court ordered the pair to pay significant financial compensation to the victims' families, citing the extreme violence and the unprovoked nature of the assault as key factors in the sentencing.
