Adani Power has entered into a strategic agreement with Druk Green Power to develop a new 770 MW hydroelectric facility located in Bhutan. This venture represents the second significant partnership between the two entities in the energy sector. Their previous collaboration involved the 570 MW Wangchhu Hydroelectric Project, which was formalized in September 2025. This latest initiative continues the ongoing cooperation between the Indian firm and the Bhutanese power company to expand regional hydroelectric capacity.
