Dubai Retail has officially announced the development of Skylight Mall, a massive shopping complex scheduled to open in 2027. Situated along Al Khail Road, the project will encompass 1.3 million square feet of leasable space, housing over 360 individual retail outlets. This new facility aims to serve as a comprehensive destination for shopping, dining, and leisure activities. Its strategic location is intended to provide easy accessibility for residents living in nearby areas such as Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Islands, and The Springs, while also drawing customers from across the wider city. Skylight Mall represents the latest expansion for Dubai Retail, which currently manages a portfolio of 58 lifestyle and shopping centers throughout the emirate. The project is designed with a modern architectural approach to cater to the evolving needs of Dubai's growing population.
