A six-wheel vehicle transporting laborers flipped over on the inbound lane of Route 36 within the Bang Lamung district of Chonburi on September 22, 2026. The incident took place near the 3.6-kilometer mark in the Nong Pla Lai subdistrict as the truck traveled toward Pattaya. Emergency responders from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation, alongside local police and medical personnel from several nearby hospitals, arrived at the scene to provide assistance. The vehicle, which originated from Maha Sarakham, was discovered lying on the side of the road. Among the 11 individuals injured in the crash were nine men and two women, suffering from a range of conditions from minor wounds to severe trauma. Authorities are currently managing the aftermath of the collision as victims receive necessary medical treatment.
