The Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) has finalized 26 strategic agreements between the start of 2026 and late July to bolster the national workforce. By investing SR1.96 billion, the initiative seeks to provide training and employment opportunities for over 16,000 Saudi citizens. These collaborations span multiple vital sectors, such as healthcare, logistics, information technology, tourism, construction, and media. This funding strategy is designed to align human capital development with the specific requirements of the labor market, thereby improving the effectiveness of training expenditures and maximizing social and economic outcomes. By targeting diverse industries, HADAF aims to enhance the professional qualifications of local talent and facilitate their integration into the private sector.
