Following intense precipitation on October 1, footage circulated online depicting a rapid flow of water moving through a residential area in the Turkestan Region. Local authorities identified the location as the Kazygurt District, specifically noting that the village of Akbastau experienced significant water buildup on public streets and within one residential basement. In response to the situation, the regional Emergency Department deployed personnel to manage the runoff. Rescuers successfully extracted approximately 200 cubic meters of water from the affected sites. Officials confirmed that the drainage operations have concluded and reported that no residential properties suffered from internal flooding during the event.
