Hong Kong's inaugural astronaut, Lai Ka-ying, is scheduled to host a live educational broadcast from space this Wednesday. Accompanied by her Shenzhou-23 mission colleagues, Zhu Yangzhu and Zhang Zhiyuan, Lai will engage with students and faculty at her former school. The event, part of the "Tiangong Class" series, will be accessible to primary and secondary school pupils throughout Hong Kong and Macau. The Education Bureau has disseminated information regarding the session to educational institutions across the region, facilitating a unique opportunity for students to interact with crew members currently stationed aboard the Tiangong space station. This initiative aims to foster interest in space science and technology among the youth in both cities.
