Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei recently met with Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei to discuss Iran's domestic and regional policy framework. The Leader highlighted the necessity of integrating cultural, political, economic, and security strategies, emphasizing that national unity and constitutional mechanisms are vital for effective governance. A primary focus of the discussion was the importance of maintaining control over the Strait of Hormuz and fostering stronger ties with neighboring nations. Following this, Rezaei participated in a quadrilateral meeting in Tehran with officials from Pakistan, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. The discussions centered on establishing a regional security architecture independent of foreign intervention. Rezaei asserted that the failure of U.S. security guarantees has prompted regional powers to seek collaborative solutions, noting that the current geopolitical climate favors internal cooperation to ensure stability across West Asia.
